1. UPDATING TERMS OF SERVICE
   • The content of the Terms of Service is an ongoing work. The Nautilus6 WG may update the content in the future. When the content is updated, the subscriber to the service will be notified about the update and he will have to delete its subscription to the service if he does not agree with the new content of the Term of Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
   • The Nautilus6 WG provides an IPv6 mobility service by hosting a Mobile IPv6 home agent. The subscriber to the service can request one or more IPv6 home addresses from the home network prefix managed by the Nautilus6 WG and register his mobile nodes with the above mentioned home agent. The Nautilus6 WG provides a web based interface to manage the home addresses, to manage the security setup of the mobile nodes and to create personal Live CDs.
   • The service provided by the Nautilus6 WG is completely free of charge.
   • The usage of this service is strictly limited to a personal or a scientific goal. No commercial use of this service is allowed.
3. RESPONSIBILITY
   • The subscriber to the service is responsible for all the actions he does using the service.
   • The service is provided "AS IS" basis. The Nautilus6 WG denies liability for the availability, security or reliability of the service.
   • The Nautilus6 WG do not have any responsibility about any kinds of trouble happened on the subscriber to the service 's local computer environment using the service.
4. PRIVACY POLICY
   • The Nautilus6 WG undertake to make no use of the subscriber to the service's personal information except for drawing up anonymous statistics and for communicating with the subscriber to the service. The Nautilus6 WG do not disclose any information to third-party organizations.
   • The subscriber to the service's information are deleted when he unsubscribe the service.
5. TERMINATION
   • The Nautilus6 WG reserve the right to suspend a subscription to the service if it appear to infringe the given terms of service.
   • The Nautilus6 WG may terminate this service under certain circumstances and without prior notice.
6. FEEDBACK
   • The Nautilus6 WG welcomes to hear all kinds of proposal and request to enhance the service, however it cannot promise all of such requests are accepted and provided in the future.
