1. Report bugs

You discovered a bug in HAiku and you want to share it with the developers. We have set up an issue tracker to keep a trace of all the issues related to HAiku. You can access directly the issue tracker from the menu on the left.

Once on the issue tracker, you will have to create yourself an account to be able to create a new issue.

Reporting bugs is something essential for a software, however we strongly advise that you first try to contact the developers and discuss with them on the Nautilus6 support mailing list.

Please help us to improve HAiku by sending us bug reports and feature requests.

2. Contact operator

If you have a problem that is related to the use of the service -- for instance you can not register with the Home Agent and you don't know why -- then you should directly contact the service operator. The contact address for the service operator can be found via the left menu.
